Our approach, not our resume.

Xperts⁴ & Abiroot Training Brings Microsoft 365 Copilot Premium to INDEVCO Group

Jdeideh, Lebanon, Xperts⁴ & Abiroot training has ignited a Microsoft 365 Copilot Premium journey across multiple departments at INDEVCO Group, the Lebanon-headquartered multinational with operations spanning the Middle East, the US, Europe, and Africa. The mission: turn AI from a buzzword into a genuine daily companion for the people who make the Group run.

Sessions were designed to spark curiosity, not sit through it, no long lectures, no passive slides. A dedicated session with managers, run sharp, focused 15–30 minute bursts, brought the pain points of each department to the surface, giving Xperts⁴ Training a precise map of where AI could genuinely make a difference. Because the best solutions start with real listening, not assumptions.

What makes this story worth telling isn’t just the training itself, it’s what it produced. Every pain point surfaced became fuel for something tangible: purpose-built AI tools shaped by each department’s own reality. At no point did Xperts⁴ & Abiroot training access, request, or retain any of INDEVCO’s data, every tool was engineered on a zero-data-touch principle, built to structure processes, templates, and governance logic while every sensitive figure stayed exactly where it belongs, inside INDEVCO’s own walls. The AI builds the architecture; the people keep the trust.

At its heart, this is a human story as much as a technological one, proof that when curiosity, craftsmanship, and cutting-edge AI meet, the result is adoption that feels natural, not imposed.

About INDEVCO Group

INDEVCO Group is a diversified multinational industrial group headquartered in Lebanon, with more than 11,000 employees across over 100 operations in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and the United States. Its portfolio spans paper, corrugated, and plastic materials and packaging; tissue products; consumer and institutional disposables; renewable energy solutions; and converting machinery.

The Story: Building Speed Within the Citadel

Launching an AI-driven experience for a retail giant isn’t just about writing code, it’s about conducting high-speed surgical operations inside a digital vault.

When one of the region’s largest retail brands set out to launch a conversational assistant for its online supermarket app, the directive was clear: the user experience had to feel instant, intelligent, and hyper-personalized. But behind that smooth "I am hungry" interaction lay an extraordinary web of constraints.

Ironclad Security & Legal Walls: Operating at this scale meant handling massive volumes of real-time user data under exceptionally strict privacy regulations and rigid corporate security protocols. Every data exchange required multi-layered encryption, rigorous audit trails, and airtight compliance checks, without adding a single millisecond of latency to the user's chat.

The Real-Time Inventory Dilemma: A grocery app cannot afford to recommend a deli sandwich that went out of stock five minutes ago. The AI engine had to sync continuously with live stock inventories, dynamic pricing, and promotional catalogs across hundreds of store locations simultaneously, ensuring that every suggestion was 100% accurate and actionable.

Aggressive Speed-to-Market: In a fast-moving retail market, timeline expectations were uncompromising. Building an enterprise-grade AI solution normally taking a year had to be architected, tested, and deployed in a fraction of that time.

The victory wasn't just in making an AI that understands hunger, it was in engineering a secure, high-speed bridge between complex enterprise backend systems and a effortless, instant conversation.

Changing the Engines at 30,000 Feet

When an industrial heavyweight like Matelec builds a legacy over decades, its software doesn’t just sit in the background, it becomes the company’s digital central nervous system.

Year after year, new features were added, custom modules were integrated, and enterprise tools were linked together to keep up with explosive operational growth. But like any thriving ecosystem, this growth brought real complexity: millions of lines of code, intricate dependencies, and a fragile balance where touching one legacy pipeline could trigger unforeseen ripples across the entire supply chain.

Starting over with a clean slate was never an option. Millions of dollars in daily operations relied on this live, mission-critical infrastructure.

That is where Xperts⁴ Tech stepped into the engine room.

Instead of a high-risk "rip and replace" overhaul, Xperts⁴ Tech approached Matelec’s digital transformation like surgeons operating on a live system. Leveraging AI-assisted system mapping, the team instantly illuminated the dark corners of the software ecosystem, revealing how every hidden microservice and legacy database interacted.

Using predictive change-impact analysis, every proposed code update, refactoring step, or cloud migration was simulated before deployment. The team could accurately forecast potential friction points, preventing breaking changes before a single line of production code went live.

It is the hardest form of digital transformation: modernizing a complex, live enterprise system seamlessly, without a single minute of unexpected downtime. For Matelec, it meant moving fearlessly into the future of AI and high-performance architecture, while keeping the foundational core that drives their success completely intact.

Delivered a clinical trial management platform across web and mobile, driven by a dedicated Scrum team and powered by a modern stack (Symfony, Laravel, React, Node.js), ensuring scalability and quality through AWS, automated testing, and agile delivery workflows.

The Story: Precision Engineering in High-Stakes Healthcare

Since 2006, a pioneer in French medical imaging has served as a trusted backbone for modern diagnostics, powering clinical workflows across more than 500 healthcare institutions in France. But when the time came to engineer its next-generation radiology software, the mandate wasn’t just about adding features, it was about navigating one of the most stringent regulatory shifts in European and French medical history.

In healthcare, "moving fast and breaking things" is not an option. Upgrading software that radiologists rely on for critical diagnostic decisions requires rigorous control, absolute compliance, and zero room for error.

This was the complex environment Xperts⁴ entered to guide the build.

Deploying full PMP-level project management, Xperts⁴ established a disciplined, highly structured framework tailored to strict European medical device directives and French healthcare data standards. Every milestone, architectural review, and testing phase was executed with systematic precision, ensuring the new platform achieved compliance by design.

Simultaneously, the team tackled an even greater technical hurdle: embedding artificial intelligence directly into the radiology workflow. This wasn't building a standalone, "greenfield" AI gadget. It was the hard version of AI adoption, seamlessly integrating predictive diagnostic assistance inside a live, heavily regulated clinical environment without compromising speed, user experience, or patient safety.

Through structured project leadership and deep technical execution, Xperts⁴ helped turn complex regulatory demands and cutting-edge AI into a reliable, next-generation platform, empowering French clinicians to deliver faster, more accurate patient care.

CloudAmbiance: Laying the HR and Organizational Foundations

CloudAmbiance engaged Xperts⁴ to give its organization a clear identity and a structured way of managing its people. The mission covered three connected areas: an HR strategy, a formal mission and vision, and the policies and procedures needed to run day-to-day operations.

Summary

CloudAmbiance asked Xperts⁴ to put structure behind its growth. We defined its HR strategy, formulated its mission and vision, and implemented the policies and procedures its daily operations required, so that how the company worked matched what it stood for.

Stage 1: Formulating the mission and vision

We began with the company's identity. We worked with its leadership to formulate a mission and vision that stated what CloudAmbiance did, for whom, and where it was heading. This gave every following decision a reference point.

Stage 2: Setting the HR strategy

We then defined an HR strategy aligned with that mission and vision. It set the priorities for how CloudAmbiance would organize, manage and develop its people, so that HR decisions served the business direction and did not respond to isolated needs.

Stage 3: Implementing policies and procedures

Finally, we implemented the policies and procedures needed for day-to-day operations. We did not stop at writing them. We put them in place so that managers and employees had clear rules, defined responsibilities and a consistent way of handling recurring situations.

Daylindo: Embedding Scrum in the Development Process, and Roadmap Discipline at the Top

Daylindo engaged Xperts⁴ to strengthen how its development teams planned and delivered work, and how its top management steered the product through roadmaps and budgets. The mission combined structured training, hands-on coaching and executive support, in that order, so that each stage built on the one before.

Summary

Daylindo asked Xperts⁴ to bring method to its delivery. We trained its teams through 12 workshops on Scrum and Waterfall, coached them for three months as they applied Scrum in their development process, and supported top management in building and managing roadmaps and budgets.

Stage 1: Building a shared foundation

We delivered 12 workshops on Scrum and Waterfall best practices. We covered both approaches deliberately, because choosing a delivery model depends on the nature of the work, its constraints and its level of uncertainty. Teams left with a common vocabulary and a clear view of when each approach fit.

Stage 2: Implementing Scrum in the development process

For three months, we coached the teams as they applied Scrum in their daily work. We supported them on the practices that make the framework hold in real delivery conditions: sprint planning, backlog management, sprint reviews and retrospectives. Coaching took place on live work rather than on theoretical cases, so each practice was adjusted to the way Daylindo's teams actually operated.

Stage 3: Coaching top management on roadmaps and budgets

In parallel, we coached top management on building and managing product roadmaps and budgets. The aim was to connect strategic priorities to what the teams delivered, and to give management a reliable basis for prioritization and funding decisions.

Proximie: Supporting a Growing Tech Organization

Proximie's growth required engineering and technical profiles at several seniority levels, each tied to a specific product or operational need. We treated each role as its own mandate rather than a generic opening.

How we selected

• Mandate alignment first. Before sourcing, we clarified the technical stack, the scope of the role, the level of autonomy expected and the team it would join. This defined what "fit" meant for each position.
• Technical fit. We assessed depth in the relevant stack and experience at the right scale and seniority, beyond keyword matching on the CV.
• Communication. In distributed, product-driven environments, a profile's ability to explain trade-offs and work across functions weighs as much as its technical level.
• Culture fit and long-term integration. We looked at working style, motivation and career trajectory, and at how each profile would integrate into an existing team over time.

How we validated

Technical validation was calibrated to the role and seniority level, combining structured technical interviews with practical tests where relevant. Only profiles that cleared both the technical and the behavioral assessment reached the client, in short, documented shortlists.

How we followed up

• Candidates were followed through each stage, from first screening to final interviews, to keep engagement and availability visible.
• Feedback was collected after each client interview and fed back into the search, so the next shortlist reflected what the client had learned.
• A single point of contact on our side managed coordination, which kept scheduling and decisions moving.

The outcome

Proximie hired for key technical roles across several seniority levels through a process that stayed structured and moved without unnecessary delays

Brightlabs: Redesigning the Organizational Structure of a Tech Department

Brightlabs engaged Xperts⁴ to review how its tech department was structured and to redesign it in line with its growth plans. We ran the mission in four phases, each building on the previous one, so that every recommendation rested on documented findings.

Phase I: Collecting the data

We started by documenting how the tech department operated. We modeled its business processes, compared the competencies in place with those its objectives required, and took a snapshot of the technology licenses in use. We also benchmarked its processes against those of competing organizations, to place the findings in a market context.

Phase II: Deriving the process network

We then mapped how work moved through the department and across its interfaces. This identified how the tech department cooperated with the other departments, how many hierarchy levels it contained (short, medium and long), and the span of control of each management position.

Phase III: Diagnosing the problems

With the network mapped, we analyzed the department's objectives and assessed how human and physical resources were allocated. We reviewed the practices used to execute activities in each of its functional areas, and examined the growth, diversification and expansion plans the structure had to support.

Phase IV: Proposing structural alternatives

We presented redesign alternatives built on four principles:

• Align authority with rank and position, so each role carried the decision rights its responsibilities required.
• Introduce management systems and processes that saved time.
• Adjust personnel policies to strengthen employee motivation.
• Restructure selected areas, and train for or phase out structures that no longer served the department.
