Our story
Xperts⁴ began in France in 2012, not as a plan to build four companies, but as a conviction that recruitment, consulting, training and technology are really one discipline wearing four different hats. Over the following years, that conviction moved with us: into Lebanon, into the UAE, into Saudi Arabia, each market teaching us something the last one hadn’t. What started as a single office is now a group with 65 years of combined team experience, working across Riyadh, Dubai, Beirut and Paris, four cities, one continuous thread of judgment about what actually makes an organization work.
We didn’t grow by adding logos to a slide. We grew because clients kept asking us for the next thing after we’d already earned the first, the company that hired its first ten people with us eventually asked us to train them, then to help build the product they were hiring for. That pattern, repeated enough times, became the Group.
Our philosophy
We hold a simple, stubborn position: technology is only as good as the judgment behind it, and people are only as effective as the systems built around them. Most firms pick a side, the recruiter who distrusts automation, or the technologist who treats people as a scheduling variable. We built a group specifically to refuse that choice. Every engagement, whatever the brand, starts from the same question: what does this team actually need to succeed, not what’s easiest for us to sell.
That’s not a tagline, it’s an operating rule. It’s why HR consulting sits jointly between the two brands that do the recruiting, instead of being farmed out to a generalist. It’s why our technology delivery includes the training to use what we build, not just the code. It’s why a training program is measured by what changes afterward, not by who showed up.
Our leadership
Xperts⁴ is led by Zahi, CEO, and Fady, General Manager, two people who built the Group’s judgment from the inside, not from a management consultancy playbook.
Where we work
Riyadh · Dubai · Beirut · Paris, four offices chosen deliberately, not opportunistically. Each sits inside a market we understand from the inside, with teams who combine local hiring knowledge with international delivery standards. It’s the reason a client in Riyadh gets Gulf-market fluency and the reason a client in Paris gets the same rigor without translation loss.
