Job Description
We are seeking a commercially driven professional to lead sales growth across the MENA region for a premier financial services organization.
The Role:
Business Development: Drive client acquisition and revenue growth for retail and professional segments.
Product Focus: Manage a diverse portfolio including FX pairs, indices, commodities, and equities.
Strategic Leadership: Contribute to structuring the sales team and managing sales/marketing budgets.
Market Insight: Track regional trends and collaborate with marketing on high-impact events.
Requirements:
3+ years in Financial Services sales (FX & CFD brokerage experience is a must).
Deep knowledge of MT4/MT5 and regulatory environments (FCA/FSA).
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
Fluent in English and/or Arabic.
An existing client base is a significant advantage.
