A growing financial brokerage firm specializing in Forex (FX) and CFD trading, offering a wide range of products including currencies, indices, commodities, and equities. The company operates across the MENA region, focusing on delivering strong client relationships, market expertise, and high-performance trading solutions.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Senior Sales Associate to drive business growth within a dynamic FX & CFD brokerage environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development for retail and professional clients across MENA
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize revenue
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Lead client acquisition, conversion, and retention efforts
- Generate trading volume and grow active client base
- Develop and implement effective client onboarding strategies
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and events
- Support the expansion of the sales team and participate in hiring
- Contribute to sales and marketing budget planning
- Promote products including FX, indices, commodities, and equities
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to internal teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, ideally within financial services
- Strong knowledge of Forex, CFDs, indices, commodities, and equities
- Proven experience in client acquisition and revenue generation
- Experience within FX/CFD brokerage environments is essential
- Existing client network is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with MetaTrader 4/5 and trading platforms
- Understanding of FCA/FSA regulations is a plus
- Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus)
- Strong leadership potential or experience managing teams
