Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Account Manager with strong experience in the Saudi Arabian market to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic customer relationships, and expanding the company’s presence across ICT, Data Center, Structured Cabling, Network Infrastructure, Physical Security, and Cybersecurity solutions.
The candidate should possess strong business development capabilities, a proven sales track record, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and generate new business opportunities within the KSA market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and strategic partners.
- Promote and sell the company’s ICT, Data Center, Structured Cabling, Network Infrastructure, Physical Security, and Cybersecurity solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle including lead generation, prospecting, client meetings, proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting of opportunities.
- Conduct client presentations and meetings to understand customer requirements and align suitable solutions to their business needs.
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with key customers and maintain long-term account engagement.
- Coordinate with internal presales, technical, operations, and project teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and pricing agreements with customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new growth opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain strong after-sales support and follow-up.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a
related field. - Minimum 5+ years of sales experience within the Saudi Arabian market.
- Proven experience in selling one or more of the following:
- ICT Infrastructure Solutions
- Data Center Solutions
- Structured Cabling Systems
- Network Infrastructure Solutions
- Physical Security Solutions
- Cybersecurity Solutions
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals successfully.
- Existing network of clients and industry contacts within KSA.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to confidently engage with senior management and C-level executives.
- Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented personality.
- Excellent command of Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel across KSA when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with system integrators or technology solution providers.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi enterprise and government sectors.
- Knowledge of major ICT and infrastructure vendors and solutions.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales pipeline management tools.
