Technology doesn’t replace judgment, it demands more of it. Every AI tool we build, every team we place, every process we redesign starts from the same premise: the machine handles the scale, the person handles the decision. That’s the balance most companies get wrong, they either resist the technology or hand it too much trust. We’ve spent our career sitting exactly at that intersection, and it shows in how we work: a regional market that moves fast enough to make yesterday’s recruitment model too slow, a technology shift significant enough that boards now expect their teams to explain it, and a group built specifically to hold both without losing the human judgment that makes either one actually work.
That’s more than 18 years of knowing what actually moves a business forward, and we bring that conviction into every engagement, not just the ones with a big enough budget to deserve it.
Track record
60+ years of combined team experience across recruitment, consulting, and technology delivery
Footprint
Offices across Lebanon, France, UAE and Saudi Arabia
How we engage
A short, focused build or diagnostic when speed matters, or a sustained engagement of several months, with real follow-up, when the work is organizational and can’t be solved in a single sprint
AI capability
Ranges from a one-day AI Advisory deployment to multi-month AI development projects, and Business AI tools we build and hand over as working products, not slideware
One discipline, four hats.
Xperts⁴ began in France in 2012, not as a plan to build four companies, but as a conviction that recruitment, consulting, training and technology are really one discipline wearing four different hats. Over the following years, that conviction moved with us: into Lebanon, into the UAE, into Saudi Arabia, each market teaching us something the last one hadn’t. What started as a single office is now a group with 65 years of combined team experience, working across Riyadh, Dubai, Beirut and Paris, four cities, one continuous thread of judgment about what actually makes an organization work.

The four lines of work, in the order a client actually needs them
Most software partners hand you extra hands. We hand you senior technologists who elevate the performance of the whole team, because a project doesn’t fail from lack of code, it fails from lack of judgment about which code to write.
A technical hire that takes four months doesn’t just cost you four months. It costs you the candidate who accepted somewhere else in month two, and the project that sat half-staffed while you waited.
Most recruitment agencies treat “operations” as the roles left over after they’ve filled the technical ones. We built a separate brand because operational, leadership, and field roles need a different search, different networks, different evaluation criteria, different urgency.
Most corporate training is measured by who showed up. We measure it by what changed afterward, and we built a different kind of training company around that difference.

AI Is an Opium, Watch Its Consumption
What if a friend asked you this: "Ah, you're watching the Saudi Kingdom #9-Ball #Championship live?"
Thank You, Friends
It all started in a Starbucks in Riyadh, with voices a little too loud for a coffee shop.
