This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
  • Build and maintain infrastructure on AWS, ensuring security, scalability, and high availability (EC2, EKS, VPC, RDS, etc.).
  • Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
  • Operate and monitor systems using tools such as Grafana to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications on Kubernetes clusters (EKS).
  • Automate configuration management and deployments using Ansible.
  • Write and maintain scripts in Bash and Python to support automation tasks.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and operations teams to improve delivery pipelines and system reliability.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
  • Practical expertise with CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
  • Experience with the Grafana Stack or similar monitoring/observability tools.
  • Proficiency in Kubernetes for container orchestration.
  • Experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management.
  • Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python.
  • Solid understanding of cloud security, networking, and system administration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Based in Lebanon.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of additional CI/CD or automation tools.
  • Familiarity with logging solutions (ELK stack, Loki, etc.).
  • Experience with incident management or on-call rotations.
  • Cloud certification (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or similar).
