Our client is a global health technology company building connected solutions for operating rooms. Their platform helps hospitals improve surgical workflows, optimize operating room performance, and enable real-time collaboration and training through secure video and data-driven insights.

Position Overview
We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join our client’s Beirut engineering team. Reporting to a Lead Software Engineer, you will contribute to the design, development, and scaling of new product capabilities used in real clinical environments.

You will work closely with Product, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders to turn complex requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions. This is a role for a pragmatic engineer who can balance architecture and hands-on delivery, mentor others, and explore emerging technologies responsibly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build full-stack features and systems delivering measurable value to healthcare providers and patients
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions
  • Strengthen automated testing, CI/CD, and zero-downtime deployment practices across distributed services
  • Contribute to cloud architecture evolution and engineering standards
  • Improve observability and reliability through monitoring, metrics, and tracing
  • Research, prototype, and evaluate emerging technologies (computer vision, generative AI, advanced telemetry)
  • Support and coach junior and mid-level engineers and contribute to a culture of learning and ownership

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience building modern software applications in SaaS or enterprise environments
  • Strong full-stack experience with TypeScript, including Node.js and React
  • Solid experience building secure, performant, and accessible web applications
  • Strong cloud experience (AWS preferred) and familiarity with modern DevOps practices
  • Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.)
  • Experience in regulated or data-sensitive environments (GDPR, HIPAA) is a plus
  • Exposure to AI, computer vision, or advanced analytics is a plus
