About the Opportunity
A leading global technology and digital transformation company is looking for a Business Analyst to support an innovative AI-driven initiative in Saudi Arabia.

The role focuses on analyzing software applications, documenting workflows, and structuring business knowledge to support AI-driven test generation, application validation, and knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze software applications to identify key workflows, use cases, and business scenarios
  • Gather, document, and structure business requirements with stakeholders and SMEs
  • Translate application knowledge into clear input for AI and learning teams
  • Create structured templates to support consistent knowledge capture
  • Define validation criteria and acceptance frameworks for tested assets
  • Assess business logic complexity to help prioritize AI generation efforts
  • Support AI-human collaboration by structuring information for AI consumption
  • Act as a link between business users, technical teams, AI specialists, and learning teams
  • Communicate with Arabic-speaking stakeholders when needed

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
  • Solid process modeling experience, especially BPMN
  • Experience writing use cases and translating business needs into technical requirements
  • Strong understanding of software applications and business processes
  • Ability to design validation frameworks and structured data templates
  • Good knowledge of knowledge structuring techniques for AI or automation use cases
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analysis, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Experience with AI-driven test generation or machine learning projects
  • Experience in knowledge management or learning teams
  • CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar certification
