Our client, a leading player in the financial technology sector, is expanding its service offerings to provide comprehensive project and technical support to investment banking clients. Initially focusing on Saudi Arabia, they are poised to extend their expertise across the Gulf region. As part of this strategic growth, they are seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst to join their dynamic team.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in e-payment solutions mainly Merchant Acquiring,
Merchant Management, POS & e-com platform.
Lead end-to-end delivery of acquiring and payment processing projects
Manage timelines, scope, budget, and risks
Coordinate with internal teams (IT, product, operations, compliance)
Work with external vendors, payment networks, and partners
Oversee system integrations (POS, gateways, APIs, payment platforms)
Ensure systems meet security, compliance, and regulatory standards
Monitor performance, availability, and incident resolution
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and systems
Support new product launches and enhancements in merchant services
Proven ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements from
stakeholders.
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with business users,
technical teams, and external partners.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology,
Computer Science, Management Information Systems or similar
technical related field.
