Key requirements:
- 2+ years of prior experience in the field
- Manage and maintain Linux Servers. RHEL is a must and knowledge of other distros is a plus.
- Managing various on-premises applications. Set up accounts and servers.
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements. Troubleshoot issues and outages.
- Ensure security through access controls and audit policies.
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
- Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies.
- Write wikis, technical documents, and manuals for all applied procedures.
- Manage and maintain backups.
- Manage and maintain Windows Servers.
- Manage and maintain web servers.
- Ability to create scripts in bash, knowledge of other languages is a plus (Python, Go).
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, Computer Engineering, or similar technical related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
