Job Description
We are currently hiring a Senior Sales Associate for a well-established financial services organization operating in the FX and CFD brokerage space.
This role is suited for a commercially driven professional with strong market knowledge, an existing network, and the ability to lead sales growth across the MENA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development across retail and professional clients in the MENA region
- Manage client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
- Meet individual and team sales targets
- Lead generation and client conversion
- Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies
- Monitor and generate trading volumes
- Work closely with marketing on campaigns and events
- Contribute to expanding and structuring the sales team
- Set and manage sales and marketing budgets
- Cover products including FX pairs, indices, commodities, and equities
- Track regional market trends and provide feedback to product teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within financial services
- Strong knowledge of Forex, indices, commodities, and cash equities
- Proven experience in FX & CFD brokerage
- Good knowledge of MetaTrader 4 and 5
- Understanding of regulatory environments such as FCA/FSA
- Strong communication skills in English and/or Arabic
- Existing client base is a strong advantage
- Leadership capabilities and ability to manage or grow a team
