Job Description

We are currently hiring a Senior Sales Associate for a well-established financial services organization operating in the FX and CFD brokerage space.

This role is suited for a commercially driven professional with strong market knowledge, an existing network, and the ability to lead sales growth across the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development across retail and professional clients in the MENA region
  • Manage client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
  • Meet individual and team sales targets
  • Lead generation and client conversion
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies
  • Monitor and generate trading volumes
  • Work closely with marketing on campaigns and events
  • Contribute to expanding and structuring the sales team
  • Set and manage sales and marketing budgets
  • Cover products including FX pairs, indices, commodities, and equities
  • Track regional market trends and provide feedback to product teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within financial services
  • Strong knowledge of Forex, indices, commodities, and cash equities
  • Proven experience in FX & CFD brokerage
  • Good knowledge of MetaTrader 4 and 5
  • Understanding of regulatory environments such as FCA/FSA
  • Strong communication skills in English and/or Arabic
  • Existing client base is a strong advantage
  • Leadership capabilities and ability to manage or grow a team
