What You’ll Bring

Technical Expertise

  • Deep knowledge of the IBM Integration stack: App Connect, API Connect, DataPower, Cloud Pak for Integration, OpenShift.
  • Proven experience modernizing complex legacy systems into scalable, API-driven, cloud-native architectures.
  • Cross-vendor integration exposure (Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus, webMethods) is a strong plus.

Leadership & Delivery

  • 7+ years leading enterprise integration initiatives with measurable business impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large engineering teams and deliver complex projects successfully.
  • Expertise in requirement gathering and solution design, ensuring technical execution aligns with business strategy.
  • Experience facilitating client workshops and demos, building confidence with stakeholders.

Business & Compliance Knowledge

  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as PSD2, Open Banking, and regional compliance requirements.
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into business impact.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Strong communication skills, able to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Multilingual proficiency (English & Arabic) to lead and engage across regions.

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed and willingness to relocate abroad.
