Role and Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering high-performance projects. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting our client’s investment banking initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Meet with clients for periodic project reviews and manage project change requests.
• Project Management: Develop, define, and execute project plans, including scope, activities, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that daily activities undertaken on the project are in accordance with approved project plans and that deliverables are produced on time, within budget, and at the required level of quality.
• Coordination: Coordinate activities and tasks among project team members, other internal departments, and client or vendor/subcontractor organizations as needed to meet project goals and ensure project completion is on schedule.
• Risk Management: Manage project risks, issues/problems, and activity progress to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Liaison Role: Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure all project targets and requirements are met.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• A strong technical background is required to manage technical projects, including understanding card issuance and processing, ePayment, and financial solutions and services.
• PMP Certified / Agile Scrum Master.
• Knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures, and guidelines, and advanced skill in using project management software (e.g., MS Project).
• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Willingness to work abroad and no travel constraints.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
