Role and Responsibilities:
As a Production Support (Java) engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing production systems that ensure uninterrupted business operations. Your technical acumen and proactive approach will be essential to maintaining service reliability and performance.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: +3 years of experience in Java programming and production support environments.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong coding experience in Java and SQL.
- Hands-on knowledge of SQL, Shell Scripting, and Server Management.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
