We are looking for who is comfortable in French to support our team in the areas of recruitment and sales. This position is ideal for a recent graduate, or someone with prior knowledge in these fields eager to gain experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Support the recruitment team by identifying and contacting potential candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Assist in the creation and updating of candidate profiles on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in the talent acquisition field.
Sales: - Assist the sales team in identifying and contacting potential clients through LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Support the creation and updating of client profiles and sales records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor competition.
- Follow up with clients and provide updates on ongoing projects.
- Maintain clear communication with clients to address inquiries or requests.
Qualifications: - Recently graduated in a field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, candidates, and clients.
- Well-organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn about recruitment and sales processes.
- Comfortable in French and using LinkedIn for prospecting and networking.
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
