ABOUT THE CLIENT:

PROFILE:

• Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Integration Skills: Experience working with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a collaborative team mindset.
Mindset: Eager to learn and stay updated with the latest Salesforce innovations and best practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Integration: Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems.
Quality Assurance: Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices to ensure quality code and adherence to Salesforce standards.
Documentation: Produce clear technical documentation, including user stories and design documents.
Support: Provide technical support during deployments and post-go-live phases, troubleshooting issues as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Mandatory:
2-4 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (REST and SOAP APIs).
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have:
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with both Aura Components and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
