The Role

Within the Digital Acquisition Department, the selected candidate will support the team in three key areas:

  • Implementation and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns
  • Management of strategic projects within the Digital Acquisition roadmap
  • Internal communication of marketing actions and results

Main Responsibilities

  • Gather campaign requirements, define customer journeys, and implement suitable digital solutions
  • Contribute to content production and campaign execution across various digital platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance and deliver comprehensive reporting
  • Manage high-impact digital acquisition projects (e.g., distributed marketing use cases)
  • Develop and distribute internal communication materials to promote digital marketing efforts
  • Engage internal stakeholders and create buy-in for digital initiatives

 

Profile & Qualifications

General Skills:

  • Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and adaptable
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage projects independently
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across departments
  • Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken)

Specific Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of digital acquisition strategies and tools
  • Solid understanding of web marketing and communication trends
  • Experience in audience segmentation and data-driven targeting
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud
