About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior System Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft and Azure environments to support cloud onboarding, migration, and monitoring activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing cloud infrastructure projects, ensuring high availability, and supporting IT transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support cloud migration and transformation projects, including testing and handover.
• Perform cloud usage reporting and capacity monitoring (Azure, Commvault, Azure Stack, etc.).
• Conduct assessments of clients’ IT environments and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement IT Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and Infrastructure solutions following best practices.
• Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure, systems, storage, and network performance.
• Provide technical documentation, client support, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients during project implementation.
• Stay up to date with cloud technology trends and advancements.

Requirements:

• 6–8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud Solutions, and Technical Presales.
• Proven experience with Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, AD, Exchange, SQL).
• Hands-on experience with Azure / Azure Stack Hub (top priority).
• Good knowledge of Hyper-V, Commvault, VEEAM, HP, SolarWinds.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity Planning.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Flexible and adaptable; able to multitask and travel locally when needed.
