Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and solution-oriented Sales Account Manager to manage multiple client accounts.
The Sales Account Manager will oversee solution sales activities in KSA, including sourcing leads, converting them into clients, achieving sales targets, developing new business, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining a thorough knowledge of our business and offerings, developing and implementing strategic plans to grow accounts, managing and strengthening client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience in a dynamic IT, software, services, or solutions business. Genesys sales experience within KSA is preferred.
- Proven track record in building business relationships and managing accounts across sectors such as government, hospitality, healthcare, and commercial.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
- Strong leadership, managerial, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong negotiation and sales skills.
