Our client is seeking a Senior Genesys Engineer with experience in the following areas:
– Cloud:
- Design, configuration, and implementation of Genesys Cloud Contact Center Solutions: Voice, Email, Chat, SMS, Social Media, Scripting, WEM, Outbound, Quality Management & AI.
- Developing complex IVR and Routing call flows on Genesys Cloud Architect.
- Genesys Cloud Edge, SIP Trunks, Site, Phones and Network configuration.
- Building Genesys Web Services Integrations on REST API.
- Genesys Engage to Cloud Migration
– Engage:
- Design and architecture of Genesys Contact Center solutions.
- Deployment and upgrade of Genesys components (GVP, WDE, SIP, WFM, Routing, reporting, Calls Recording & Framework).
- Implementation and support of Genesys E-Services(Facebook, Twitter, Chat, Email and SMS).
- Building Genesys Web Services Integrations on REST API.
- Genesys Engage to Cloud Migration
The candidate must have certifications for Cloud and Engage.
