Requirements:
Business Analysis Skills:
Ability to understand and analyze user requirements and business processes. – Experience in Banking products.
Technical Communication:
Capable of communicating technical issues and requirements effectively with the IT team
Problem-Solving Skills:
Help users resolve any issues they encounter while using the application. This includes troubleshooting technical problems, answering user queries, and guiding them through the application’s functionalities.
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements. Troubleshoot issues and outages.
- Develop expertise to train staff on new application functionalities.
- Write wikis, technical documents, and manuals for all applied procedures.
- Willing to travel as much as required and to relocate abroad (KSA, Qatar, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology with Banking background or Banking and Finance with Technical knowledge
- Experience with Accounting and Reconciliation products
- Knowledge in SQL and writing queries for investigation and preparing custom reports
