Requirements:
Business Analysis Skills: Ability to understand and analyze user requirements and business processes. –
Experience in Banking products.
Technical Communication:
Capable of communicating technical issues and requirements effectively with the IT team
Problem-Solving Skills:
Help users resolve any issues they encounter while using the application.
This includes troubleshooting technical problems, answering user queries, and guiding them through the application’s functionalities.
Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements. Troubleshoot issues and outages.
Develop expertise to train staff on new application functionalities.
Write wikis, technical documents, and manuals for all applied procedures.
Willing to travel as much as required and to relocate abroad (KSA, Qatar, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in information technology with Banking background or Banking and Finance with Technical knowledge
Experience with Accounting and Reconciliation products
knowledge in SQL and writing queries for investigation and preparing custom reports
