Initially focusing on Saudi Arabia, they are poised to extend their expertise across the Gulf region. As part of this strategic growth, they are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Lending to join their dynamic team.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in Commercial Lending (Financial Services)
Servicing/Operations, GL/Accounting, and Business Intelligence
Knowledge of FIS products and services (CLS / ACBS)
Knowledge of Commercial Lending business goals, objectives, and operations
Strong knowledge of Loan Servicing, Credit Administration, Credit Risk Management, General Ledger, and Reporting
Knowledge of financial analysis principles and ratios
Proficiency in MS Office, Visio, MS Access
Proficiency in process methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, ISO, CMM)
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Ability to estimate work effort for project sub-plans or small project
Strong communication and presentation skills
Knowledge sharing and mentoring mindset
Persuasion and influencing ability
Resourceful and proactive approach
Willing to travel or relocate
