Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst. This is a critical role responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within our E-Payment and Card Technology division. You will utilize your expertise in banking operations and card systems to analyze requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful, high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end process of gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements from various stakeholders, including business users and executive leadership.
Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications for development and technical teams.
Develop and maintain detailed process maps and flowcharts to document current-state operations and propose optimized future-state solutions.
Design, plan, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and guide the testing lifecycle to ensure that delivered solutions are robust, meet business requirements, and adhere to quality standards.
Act as the primary communicator between business users, technical development teams, and external partners (e.g., card networks, vendors) to ensure project alignment and smooth delivery.
Apply a strong understanding of payment processing, transaction systems, and card technologies to all analysis and solution design work.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience working specifically within Banking operations and utilizing Card Management Systems (Debit, Credit, and Prepaid).
  • Analysis Skills: Proven ability to gather, document, and analyse business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Testing Experience: Direct experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and a solid understanding of the testing lifecycle to ensure quality delivery of solutions.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a similar technical related field.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel as much as required and to relocate abroad.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Good understanding of payment processing, transaction systems, and card technologies.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with business users, technical teams, and external partners.
  • Documentation: Ability to create process maps and flowcharts to document current and future states.
  •  Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)
