Position Overview:

They are actively seeking an IT Technical Support to grow the support technicians team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT support services, with a primary focus on Microsoft technologies and a strong emphasis on networking. While extensive experience is not mandatory, a good understanding of Azure, networking principles, and in backup and antivirus management are necessary for success.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise: Good knowledge in Microsoft technologies. Apply networking knowledge to optimize and enhance the organization’s IT infrastructure.
  • Problem Resolution: Ensure the timely resolution of the technical issues, escalating complex challenges as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address intricate technical problems effectively.
  • Backup and Antivirus Management: Maintain backup systems to ensure data integrity and efficient recovery capabilities. Implement and oversee antivirus solutions, ensuring the robust security of the organization’s IT environment.
  • Networking: Apply networking principles to enhance the overall connectivity and performance of the organization’s IT systems. Collaborate with network specialists to address and optimize network infrastructure.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of technical procedures, support processes, and networking configurations. Generate regular reports on team performance, issue resolution, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a technical support, showcasing familiarity with Microsoft technologies, and networking.
  • Good knowledge in backup systems and antivirus management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies.
