• Carry out acceptance and readiness tests for newly deployed Vas platforms and solutions. • Support and Network Operations of A2P SMS HUB Gateway and various VAS services. • Integrate the Company's products services in the client's environment. • Monitoring Server/Network performance, troubleshooting and fixing bugs detected and reported by clients. • Generate periodic reports including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly performance reports, activity reports, etc. • Conducting UATs with Mobile Network Operators.
