Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a consistent ability to lead complex network design, implementation, and
operations, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance across wide area networks (MPLS/WANs) and
Local Area Networks (LANs). My tenure at Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty (RFE/RL) has equipped me with the skills
to manage and support extensive network infrastructures, encompassing 26 countries and involving various
technological platforms.
In my current role as Director of Networks & Unified Communications at RFE/RL, I have successfully overseen the
architectural design and implementation of voice, data, and video networks. I have a proven track record in contract
administration, cross-departmental collaboration, and strategic planning for local and wide area networks. My efforts
have consistently resulted in increased efficiency, minimized downtime, and maximized network availability.
