Job Description

Our client is looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Account Manager who will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing telecom and enterprise clients in Lebanon and Iraq, ensuring revenue growth, service quality, and customer satisfaction in the A2P messaging business.

He/ She must have a strong understanding of SMS/Messaging ecosystems, commercial negotiation skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with technical, routing, and finance teams.

Roles and responsibilities:

Account Management

  • Manage and oversee a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing needs and concerns promptly.

Sales Strategy and Growth

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to grow revenue and drive account growth.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess needs and growth potential.

Revenue Achievement

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Accurately forecast and report sales results, pipeline activity, and market trends.

Collaboration and Team Leadership

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customer service to ensure client success.
  • Coordinate with product development to tailor offerings based on client feedback and industry needs.

Market Analysis and Reporting

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to provide insights.
  • Regularly analyze and report on account performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in Cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a senior or strategic account management role.
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
