Role Summary
The Sales & Partnerships Executive drives client acquisition and revenue growth by generating leads, promoting services and the mobile app, and converting prospects into customers. The role involves field sales, client meetings, site visits, quotation preparation, and participation in events, pop-ups, and seasonal markets.

It also includes managing partnerships, supporting collaborations, and coordinating with marketing on campaigns, brand activations, and sales pitches. Strong communication, initiative, and teamwork are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales & Client Acquisition
    • Generate leads via networking, door-to-door visits, events, and exhibitions.
    • Maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
    • Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, deliver presentations, and close deals.
    • Collaborate with marketing to convert campaign leads into customers.
  2. App Promotion & Client Onboarding
    • Promote the mobile app and guide clients on its usage.
    • Collect feedback and share insights with operations, marketing, and development teams.
  3. Site Visits & Quotation Preparation
    • Conduct site inspections with operations teams.
    • Record client requirements and operational needs.
    • Prepare and present customized quotations.
  4. Events, Pop-Ups & Field Activations
    • Identify and participate in events, markets, and pop-ups.
    • Ensure proper branding, messaging, and on-ground promotion.
    • Engage visitors, generate leads, and convert interest into bookings.
  5. Partnerships & Collaborations
    • Identify and manage potential partners, suppliers, and collaborators.
    • Follow up on opportunities and coordinate proposals with management and marketing.
    • Ensure approved collaborations are implemented and monitored.
  6. Marketing Support & Content Coordination
    • Support marketing in creating sales-oriented content and campaigns.
    • Align sales messaging with marketing initiatives and brand tone.
  7. Client Communication & Reporting
    • Maintain records of visits, leads, partnerships, and sales activities.
    • Submit weekly reports covering visits, meetings, leads, deals, app sign-ups, and event outcomes.
    • Provide market insights based on client feedback and competitor activity.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in cleaning, facility management, hospitality, or related service industries.
  • Proven field sales, client acquisition, and B2B/B2C sales experience with deal-closing ability.
  • Skilled in site visits, quotations, contracts, and operational workflows.
  • Comfortable with digital tools, service apps, CRM/ERP, and backend dashboards.
  • Strong collaboration with marketing on campaigns, events, and activations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Professional, target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
  • Portfolio required: previous sales projects, events, activations, collaborations, or app usage.
