Our client is looking for a skilled BI Developer / CRM Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce and CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM) to join their CRM transformation initiatives. The candidate has deep experience in data modeling, dashboard development, and advanced analytics within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Design and develop CRM dashboards using Tableau CRM / CRM Analytics
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable visualizations
- Manage and optimize Datasets, Recipes, and SAQL queries
- Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirement gathering and user training
- Drive data-informed decisions through KPI tracking and performance reporting
Competencies:
- experience with Salesforce, including CRM Analytics / Tableau CRM
- Advanced proficiency in SAQL, Datasets, Recipes, and Dashboard design
- Skills in data modeling, Apex, Visualforce
- Hold Salesforce certification is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Skills and Education:
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically under pressure
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Salesforce certifications is a plus (e.g., Tableau CRM Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer)
