Our client is seeking a Senior Genesys Engineer with experience in the following areas:

Cloud:

  • Design, configuration, and implementation of Genesys Cloud Contact Center Solutions: Voice, Email, Chat, SMS, Social Media, Scripting, WEM, Outbound, Quality Management & AI.
  • Developing complex IVR and Routing call flows on Genesys Cloud Architect.
  • Genesys Cloud Edge, SIP Trunks, Site, Phones and Network configuration.
  • Building Genesys Web Services Integrations on REST API.
  • Genesys Engage to Cloud Migration

– Engage:

  • Design and architecture of Genesys Contact Center solutions.
  • Deployment and upgrade of Genesys components (GVP, WDE, SIP, WFM, Routing, reporting, Calls Recording & Framework).
  • Implementation and support of Genesys E-Services(Facebook, Twitter, Chat, Email and SMS).
  • Building Genesys Web Services Integrations on REST API.
  • Genesys Engage to Cloud Migration

The candidate must have certifications for Cloud and Engage.
