Job Description
Role Purpose
To ensure the successful implementation, monitoring, and analysis of the ERP system, Takyeem platform, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system by closely coordinating with client relationship managers and team members to guarantee compliance and effectiveness, generating regular insightful reports, and providing insights to management, which contributes to informed decision-making and enhances overall organizational performance.
Accountability Area
1. ERP Implementation: Maintain the implementation of the new ERP system to ensure its successful deployment within established timelines and budgetary constraints, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to proactively address challenges and enhance the system’s overall effectiveness and user adoption.
2. ERP System Monitoring: Continuously monitor the ERP system to ensure smooth and efficient operations, providing regular status reports that highlight system performance, identify any issues, and outline prompt resolutions, which facilitates ongoing improvements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
3. Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of data from the ERP system to extract actionable insights and deliver detailed reports that highlight trends, user engagement, and system efficiency while supporting informed strategic decision-making and fostering enhanced overall organizational performance.
4. Team Coordination & Follow-Up: Continuously coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the ERP system operates smoothly and efficiently by generating regular status reports that comprehensively highlight system performance, identify any issues, and provide detailed, prompt resolutions, thereby maintaining optimal system functionality.
5. Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with ERP vendors and service providers, facilitating effective communication and coordination for timely support, system updates, and enhancements to maintain system effectiveness.
6. User Training & Support: Provide training and support to team members on ERP functionalities and best practices by conducting engaging training sessions and developing comprehensive user guides to reduce user-related issues over time, enhancing proficiency, and promoting more efficient utilization of the ERP system.
7. Monthly Reporting: Generate detailed monthly reports for top management by delivering comprehensive and timely submissions that compile key performance indicators (KPIs), in-depth insights, and strategic recommendations to empower informed decision-making and contribute to organizational success.
8. Feedback Collection & Improvement: Collect feedback from users to identify areas for improvement, compiling comprehensive feedback reports and implementing actionable improvement plans that enhance ERP usability and performance to improve system efficiency.
9. Performance Metrics Tracking: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ERP system usage and effectiveness by conducting regular analyses of performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, supporting the development of proactive strategies that enhance system efficiency and overall organizational performance.
Education Qualifications Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or equivalent from a reputable university
Qualifications:
•Certification in ERP Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus
• Knowledge of IT governance and compliance
• Knowledge of performance metrics and KPI development
Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Proven experience in Data Analysis and Reporting
