Xperts⁴ specializes in recruitment consulting, outsourcing, and project management services within the digital and tech sectors. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our HR team and support our recruitment and consulting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
- Help maintain and update our recruitment database and reports.
- Support in drafting job descriptions and posting job ads.
- Participate in HR consulting projects and research tasks.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Interest in recruitment and HR consulting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and LinkedIn.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
