Xperts⁴ specializes in recruitment consulting, outsourcing, and project management services within the digital and tech sectors. We are looking for a passionate Recruitment Officer to join our GCC team and contribute to our growth in the GCC market.

Responsibilities:
- Post jobs on professional sites, job sites, Xperts⁴ job boards, universities job boards, and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp groups)
- Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles.
- Grow your LinkedIn network on a daily basis.
- Use Xperts⁴ templates when communicating with candidates.
- Thorough understanding of the JD both on the HR and technical sides.
- Source candidates through different means (e.g., LinkedIn, ATS, Network, Referral).
- Establish a good working relationship with candidates.
- Add all resumes on ATS by following the ATS process.
- Collect, assess and make the formatting of the necessary resume and/or content fixes.
- Schedule calls and interviews.
- Conduct initial phone screens and record summary in ATS.
- Addressing candidate queries and assisting them with the interview process.
- Participate in the HR interview with the Senior Recruitment Consultant.
- Archive the job position on the Xperts⁴ job board when the assignment is complete.
- KYC: research and study your clients to make a good pitch to candidates.
Requirements and skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience working with LinkedIn (headhunting, job posting, etc..).
- 1+ years of work experience in the HR field.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
- Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or similar tools.
- Enjoys working closely with others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy.
