Key Responsibilities:

Digital Campaign Management:

Social Media Strategy:

Content Creation and SEO:

  • Collaborate with the content team to create blogs, newsletters, and web content.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.

CRM and Email Marketing:

  • Design and execute email campaigns using tools like HubSpot or similar platforms.
  • Optimize workflows and segmentation to improve engagement and conversions.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and report on performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Provide insights to optimize digital strategies and meet KPIs.

Partnerships and Events:

  • Support partnership initiatives with corporate companies, universities, and banks.
  • Assist in event marketing efforts such as conferences and discussions.

Referral and Incentive Programs:

  • Design referral campaigns to drive word-of-mouth growth.
  • Analyze and improve incentive-based acquisition strategies.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in digital marketing, preferably within fintech or technology industries.
  • Proven success in executing campaigns and achieving acquisition goals.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong copywriting and SEO knowledge.
  • Data-driven with excellent analytical skills.
