Renowned as leaders in the design, supervision of construction, and operation of Data Centers throughout the MENA and GCC regions, they actively contribute to fostering innovation and operational efficiency. With a focus on strategic IT transformation, the company aligns closely with client objectives, providing invaluable support in effective planning, seamless implementation, and proficient management of IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales team by providing technical expertise in cloud computing, IaaS, BaaS, DRaaS, Colocation.
- Assess client requirements and design appropriate end-to-end cloud solutions.
- Develop customized cloud solutions, including architecture design, cost estimation, and ROI analysis.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and solution proposals.
- Market Knowledge & cloud technology trends, competitors, and industry best practices.
- Advise customers on the latest advancements and innovations.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives.
- Act as a bridge between the customer and internal teams (operations, subject matter expert, technical )
Qualifications
- Computer engineering or similar.
- Any of the Certifications would be a plus ( AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, VMWARE, VEEAM, Commvault, HPE, DELL, PMP …).
- 3 + years in presales or technical similar field.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (Public & Private cloud).
- Strong presentation and communication skills (English/Arabic)
- Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with cloud solutions, migration strategies, Disaster Recovery plan/tools, Compliance, and security practices.
