Job Description
Our client specializes in guiding organizations across both private and public sectors on their transformative path to the cloud, leveraging their cutting-edge Sovereign Multi-Cloud for Business Platform. Renowned as leaders in the design, supervision of construction, and operation of Data Centers throughout the MENA and GCC regions, they actively contribute to fostering innovation and operational efficiency. With a focus on strategic IT transformation, the company aligns closely with client objectives, providing invaluable support in effective planning, seamless implementation, and proficient management of IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Management:
- Develop, support, deliver and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures,
and guidelines. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control systems and
processes. - Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
- Analyse and report on quality performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Provide support in investigating and resolving non-conformities and
complaints.
2. Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure that the company complies with all relevant industry regulations,
including local, national, and international standards. - Keep up-to-date with changes in industry regulations and laws.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities as needed to ensure the company meets
compliance requirements. - Support the preparation for external audits and inspections, ensuring all
necessary documentation is in place.
3. Training and Support: - Develop and deliver training programs to staff on quality management
systems, regulatory requirements, and best practices. - Act as a resource to employees regarding compliance matters, offering
guidance and support. - Promote a culture of continuous improvement and compliance throughout the
organization.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
- Prepare and present regular compliance and quality reports to senior
management. - Ensure all documentation complies with quality, regulatory requirements and
company standards.
5. Risk Management: - Identify and assess potential quality and compliance risks.
- Work with teams to develop mitigation strategies and corrective actions.
- Ensure the company’s risk management processes include regular reviews of
compliance and quality-related activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Engineering, Business
Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) as a Quality & Compliance Specialist
or in a similar role. - In-depth knowledge of regulations, standards, quality management systems
(e.g., ISO, NCA, etc.). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
collaborate across departments. - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with quality management
software. - Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, CQI) is a plus.
Preferred: - Experience in Data Center and/or Mission Critical Facilities.
- Knowledge of lean or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience in preparing for and conducting internal and external audits.
