About Us:
Xperts4 specializes in recruitment consulting, outsourcing, and project management services within the digital and tech sectors. We are looking for a motivated, French-speaking intern to support our French team in the area of sales. This position is ideal for a recent graduate eager to gain experience or preferably for someone with prior sales knowledge looking to further develop their skills in this sector.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in identifying and contacting potential clients through LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Support the creation and updating of client profiles and sales records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor competition.
- Follow up with clients and provide updates on ongoing projects.
- Maintain clear communication with clients to address inquiries or requests.
- Handle administrative tasks necessary to support the sales team.
Qualifications: - Recently graduated in a field such as Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline, OR prior experience in sales with a good understanding of sales processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and clients.
- Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn about sales processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
- Comfortable in French and comfortable using LinkedIn for prospecting and networking.
