Job Description
Our client is a global leader in shipping and logistics, this organization operates an extensive worldwide network connecting markets across continents through innovative and sustainable transport solutions. It provides comprehensive services spanning maritime transport, logistics, and supply chain management, supporting international trade at scale. He is looking for a R2R solution manager that his main role is :
- Functional contact for FINANCE & CONTROLLING business teams
- Gather functional requirements, validate their coherence and priorities (with the business)
- Propose best practices, adequate/optimal processes
- Coordination with delivery teams
- Ensure change management
- Preparation of the new version of the core Finance model; project scoping, trajectory design
- Act as AMOA and not just MOE
- Cross-functional position within the IT SAP/Oracle PBCS team
Skills
- Very good knowledge of accounting (Finance training or experienced in the field)
- Controlling Model: Allocation cycles and subscription management
- Excellent interpersonal skills allowing you to be comfortable with different levels of interlocutors
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Initiative spirit and strong ability to integrate into a team
- Rigorous, curious, and demonstrate a developed analytical and synthesis mind. Your interpersonal skills allow you to lead and unite cross-functional working groups.
- Have a global vision of companies’ financial processes.
- Knowledge of reporting tools, OneStream and/or Oracle PBCS, is a plus.
Experience:
- Master’s degree
- Five years on SAP FINANCE & CONTROLLING modules as a Finance Consultant/Project Manager
- Implementation of different controlling models
- Experience with S/4 is a plus
- A finance background or study is a plus
