Our partner is currently looking to hire an HR Assistant to join their academy:
Location: Lebanon, Kaslik
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Support the onboarding and offboarding process for all employees.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws.
Assist in organizing training sessions and performance evaluations.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
Familiarity with Lebanese labor laws and HR best practices.
