Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring alignment across global entities and adherence to local data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and policy documents tailored to multiple jurisdictions (e.g., France, Lebanon, UAE, etc.), in coordination with legal and finance teams.
- Coordinate onboarding for remote and in-office hires, including equipment requests, access provisioning, orientation planning, and cultural onboarding across time zones.
- Support monthly payroll cycles by consolidating time tracking, leave balances, and variable compensation data across international teams, liaising with external payroll providers where applicable.
- Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing timely and clear responses on policies, remote work guidelines, mobility, and international benefits.
- Schedule and track training programs and update employee learning records in LMS platforms.
- Monitor attendance, time-off requests, and remote work schedules, ensuring alignment with both team workflows and country-specific legal requirements.
- Assist with global recruitment operations, including publishing job ads on multilingual platforms, coordinating interviews across time zones, and managing candidate communications.
- Ensure HR practices remain compliant with international labor laws, internal audit requirements, and company-wide policies, including diversity and remote work standards.
- Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives, such as virtual team events, HR newsletters, and recognition programs adapted to a global workforce.
- Handle sensitive employee data and situations with strict confidentiality, upholding integrity and trust in all HR processes across borders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of HR systems or HRIS is a plus
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
- Good communication skills in English (French is a plus)
