Our client is a financial holding company and a leading investment group in the insurance and reinsurance fields. The Group operates across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia and plays a prominent role at the forefront of the industry, being part of one of the top 20 Reinsurance Brokers in the world.
Our client is looking for a Digital Rollout Specialist (French Speaking).
Key Responsibilities:
Rollout Execution:
- Support the deployment of digital (HealthTech and/ or InsurTech) solutions in multiple countries, through the
coordination of rollout activities within the group’s subsidiaries (incl. functional testing oversight, stakeholder training,
support and resolution coordination, reporting to central team) - Support the development and maintenance of a detailed deployment plan and timeline to track progress
- Coordinate with cross-functional team members to ensure the timely execution of activities in line with project
requirements, deadlines, and schedules - Align with digital (product and QA) teams on use cases and supervise comprehensive testing of digital solutions
Communication and Change Management: - Serve as a point of contact for subsidiary-level teams and ensure actions remain in synergy
- Collaborate with the product team to implement training programs/ material and other documentation for end-users to
enable successful implementation - Collaborate with the digital transformation team to execute change management initiatives to ensure smooth user
onboarding and adoption - Gather and escalate feedback post-rollout and consolidate lessons learnt for continuous improvement
Stakeholder Management: - Engage and align with regional and local teams across the group’s geographies
- Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to project leadership and key stakeholders
- Facilitate collaboration between internal teams, vendors, and external partners
Risk Management & Problem-Solving: - Identify potential risks and align with PMO on mitigation strategies
- Address and resolve/ escalate challenges proactively, ensuring minimal disruption to the rollout schedule
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree – MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience project management or business analysis, preferably in digital transformation or technology rollouts.
- ERP and/ or CRM implementation experience a big plus.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing large-scale cross-border programs.
- Ability to travel frequently (~80% of the time) across the group’s subsidiaries for rollout engagements; willingness to
relocate to Africa (part-time or full-time) a big plus. - Ability to think end-to-end, and assess problems and solutions all the way from top-level goals to nitty-gritty operational details.
- Ability to guide and influence cross-functional and cross-cultural stakeholders.
- Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies a plus.
- Experience in business, technology, Healthcare/ HealthTech, and/ or Insurance/ Insurtech a big plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and French required, Arabic a plus)
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
