Client Overview:

Our client is a leading IT solutions provider, known for its team of experts in cutting-edge technologies, specializes in defining, designing, developing, and delivering scalable IT systems and critical applications for payment processing, card services, and financial solutions. To support its regional expansion plans, our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (SME Program) to join their team.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in business analysis methodologies (requirements
  gathering, process mapping, gap analysis)
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams
  and external partners
• Knowledge of digital banking products and fintech trends
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to read and understand technical specifications and API
  documentation
• Understanding of banking ecosystems and financial services
• Prior work in an agile environment
• Ability to read and execute unit testing in collaboration with
  implementation team
• Experience in Digital Transformation

Preferred Requirements: 

• CBAP, PMP certification.
• Prior work in Saudi or non-Saudi banking sector.
• Experience in AI/Generative analytics
• Strong presentation skills
