Client Overview:

Our client is a leading IT solutions provider, known for its team of experts in cutting-edge technologies, specializes in defining, designing, developing, and delivering scalable IT systems and critical applications for payment processing, card services, and financial solutions. To support its regional expansion plans, our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (SME Program) to join their team.

Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years of experience in Banking operations and Card management system (debit, credit, prepaid).
• Good understanding of payment processing, transaction systems, and card technologies.
• Proven ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with business users,technical teams, and external partners.
• Ability to create process maps and flowcharts to document current and future states.
• Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT) and understanding the testing lifecycle to ensure quality delivery of solutions.
• Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or similar technical related field.
• Willing to travel as much as required and to relocate abroad.
