With a focus on strategic IT transformation, the company aligns closely with client objectives, providing invaluable support in effective planning, seamless implementation, and proficient management of IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers and evaluate the need from market/territory analysis.
- Receive directives, sales goals and targets from Direct Manager and create related action plans to reach successfully these goals.
- Deliver service portfolio presentations and organize meetings with customer representatives.
- Assist in setting and implementing sales strategy plan that involves prospecting and qualifying targeted customers in various industry sectors and various territories.
- Manage a full-service portfolio over a wide territory/target market.
- Maintain a strong client relationship through regular close contact, which include regular face-to-face meetings, telephone and e-mail communication.
- Sell service portfolio offered by Group using a consultative approach, at all times.
- Provide regularly accurate sales information to Direct Manager so that Group CRM system can be
updated. - Continuously work on new business development and identifying new account opportunities.
- Responsible to exceed the target set by the direct manager.
- Collect, disseminate, store and manage Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Invitation for Bids (IFBs) obtained from customers.
- Capable to consolidate and submit proposals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in his/her area of work.
- Report periodically on the status and progress of his/her activities and achievements to his/her direct manager.
- Ensure continuous coordination with Group Head of Business Units.
- Ensure continuous coordination with clients and partners.
- Act as front image of Group in International & Promotional Events, as well as helping in coordinating and participating in them.
Qualifications
- 7-9 years in Sales experience in consulting firms (preferably IT) providing service and solutions in big size customers.
- Knowledge of cloud computing technologies.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English/Arabic).
- Good computer literacy and tools skills including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must.
- Ability to work in a team environment. Capable of leading a team.
- Responsible, ambitious, flexible, self-motivated, result oriented and well-organized.
- Superior customer service skills to deal with both internal and external customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and handle stressful situations.
- Knowledge of company services, and ability to demonstrate its benefits to the clients along with key
differentiation of Group compared to the competition. - General understanding of computer networks/systems architecture and features.
- Flexible to travel to other Group or Clients sites/Branches.
