Job Description

With a focus on strategic IT transformation, the company aligns closely with client objectives, providing invaluable support in effective planning, seamless implementation, and proficient management of IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the organization complies with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
  • Policy Development: Assist in the creation and implementation of security policies and procedures.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and compliance gaps.
  • Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on security best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Incident Response: Participate in incident response activities, ensuring that security breaches are documented and reported.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of compliance efforts and prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with IT, legal, and other departments to promote a culture of security and compliance across the organization.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is typically required.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) are often preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001 and others ) and experience with security technologies (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection systems).
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex information and identify risks.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey compliance requirements to various stakeholders.
