Role and Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering high-performance projects. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting our client’s investment banking initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular meetings with clients for project reviews, ensuring alignment with their expectations and requirements.
• Approve and manage project change requests, maintaining flexibility while ensuring project objectives are met.
• Oversee daily project activities to ensure they adhere to approved project plans and standards. Guarantee the timely delivery of project outcomes within budget and at the required quality level.
• Develop, define, and implement comprehensive project plans, covering project scope, activities, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Facilitate collaboration among project team members, internal departments, and external partners, including clients and vendors, to achieve project objectives and maintain project timelines.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and progress to ensure project goals are consistently achieved.
• Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and that all project targets and requirements are met.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• A robust technical background is essential to manage complex technical projects effectively.
• Strong understanding of card issuance, processing, ePayment systems, and financial solutions and services.
• Certified as a PMP (Project Management Professional) and/or Agile Scrum Master.
• In-depth knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures, and guidelines.
• Advanced proficiency in project management software tools, such as MS Project, for efficient project oversight.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
• Willingness to work abroad with no travel restrictions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
