Tasks & Competencies

• Manage and maintain Linux Servers. RHEL is a must and knowledge of other distros is a plus.
• Manage and maintain Windows Servers.
• Manage and maintain UNIX Servers. AIX is a must.
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements. Troubleshoot issues and outages.
• Knowledge in Relational Databases. Oracle is a must and knowledge of others (SQL, MySQL, etc.) is a plus.
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies.
• Write wikis, technical documents, and manuals for all applied procedures.
• Manage and maintain backups.
• Knowledge in containerization like docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Knowledge in networking (LAN, WAN).
• Ability to create scripts in bash, knowledge of other languages is a plus (Python, Go).
• Knowledge in Payments Industry Business: Authorization, Reconciliation, etc.

Who you are

• You have 3 to 4 years of experience in an IT related role.
• You hold a Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar technical related field.
• Your knowledge in Payments/Financial sector is a plus.
• You are passionate about your area of expertise.
• You are seeking an nice work environment.
