Our client is a company of renowned team of experts in the field of IT technologies. Its broad and rich experience allows to define, design, develop and deliver scalable IT systems and critical applications for ePayment, Cards and Financial solutions and services.
To ensure its growth over the region, we are looking for an IT Support to join the team.
Specific Requirements:
- Proven experience as a help desk technician support role
- Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Windows 10 and 11
- Good understanding of computer systems and mobile devices
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Experience in writing procedural documentation
- Installing and configuring hardware and software
General Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, or information technology
- 2+ years of experience
- Working outside Lebanon (mainly KSA)
- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
- Driven and able to learn new technologies in short timeframes
- Working in an agile, fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both technical and non-technical scenarios
- Critical thinker and have adept problem-solving skills
