Our client is a dynamic and growing IT company specializing in Groceries, Gifting  & Beyond. To support our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking a strategic and innovative Chief Marketing Officer to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Job Summary:

The Head of Marketing will lead customer acquisition and paid media strategies to drive growth and revenue. This role requires expertise in performance marketing, managing paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media, and optimizing for maximum ROI. You will develop data-driven strategies, collaborate with sales teams, and manage advertising budgets to achieve acquisition goals. If you excel in paid media and acquisition marketing in fast-paced environments, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement acquisition-focused marketing strategies to drive customer growth through paid media channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI) and cost per acquisition (CPA) goals.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop targeted paid campaigns that align with customer segments and business objectives.
  • Analyze and measure the effectiveness of paid media efforts using data-driven insights, adjusting strategies and tactics to optimize performance.
  • Monitor and analyze customer acquisition metrics, including conversion rates, lifetime value (LTV), and customer retention, to continually improve the effectiveness of acquisition strategies.
  • Oversee SEO, SEM, and programmatic advertising strategies to enhance organic growth while supporting paid media efforts.
  • Negotiate with external media partners and vendors to maximize exposure and efficiency across paid media channels.
  • Ensure that all paid advertising campaigns comply with the latest policies and are executed within budget constraints.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in acquisition marketing and paid media management, with a strong focus on driving customer growth through paid channels.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale paid media campaigns, including budget management, bid strategies, and performance optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other paid media platforms for data analysis and decision-making.
  • Experience with performance marketing, programmatic advertising, and media buying in both B2C and e-commerce environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; experience in paid media and acquisition marketing is essential.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in various marketing channels and tactics, including digital marketing, social media, events, and public relations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus with an experience of 4 years
