Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a Genesys Cloud CX Consultant, you will:

  • Design and implement cutting-edge Genesys Cloud CX solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Develop and configure IVR/ACD call flows to optimize customer interactions.
  • Integrate Genesys Cloud with third-party applications and data sources.
  • Lead migrations from legacy systems to Genesys Cloud, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployments and high-quality post-implementation support.
  • Analyze and optimize contact center operations to drive efficiency and enhance customer experience.
